Overview

David has been with the EMS Agency since 2015. He is currently assigned to the EMS System Operations Section and manages the Special Operations Unit. This unit is responsible for Disaster Preparedness / Readiness / Alerting Systems, Hospital Preparedness Program and Healthcare Coalition, State Homeland Security Grant Program Management, Special Events Management, Public Safety-First Aid Program Approval, Law Enforcement Programs Liaison, PAD Program Management, Compliance Support, and HPP LEMSA Coordinator Oversight. David also serves as the Deputy MHOAC.
