2025 STROKE Case Presentation Schedule and Data Due Dates

The Stroke Care System Quality Improvement Committee (SCSQIC) will continue to convene quarterly as a hybrid meeting hosted at the EMS Agency Office, 700 Empey Way, San Jose, CA or through the Zoom meeting platform (link provided in email invite). Designated Stroke Centers will rotate case presentations on their assigned meeting dates. Case presentations should meet the selection criteria established by the EMS Agency and the SCSQIC and submitted to the EMS Agency for approval at least 1 week prior to the meeting date. Additionally, designated Stroke Centers are required to submit data by the scheduled due dates, with corrections submitted by the secondary date established.
