2025 STEMI Case Presentation Schedule and Data Due Dates

The Cardiac Care System Quality Improvement Committee (CCSQIC) will continue to convene quarterly as a hybrid meeting hosted at the EMS Agency Office, 700 Empey Way, San Jose, CA or through the Zoom meeting platform (link provided in email invite). Designated STEMI Centers will rotate case presentations on their assigned meeting dates. Case presentations should meet the selection criteria established by the EMS Agency and the CCQIC and submitted to the EMS Agency for approval at least 1 week prior to the meeting date. Additionally, designated STEMI Centers are required to submit data by the scheduled due dates. The case presentation schedule and data due dates are summarized through the link below.
